I’d been suffering from eye redness and irritation for a few months and when it couldn't be written off anymore as a mild eye allergy, Dr. Google led me to Dr. Levack, who had great reviews. I started to second guess myself on whether her office would have the testing capability to get the resolution I was needing. All concerns subsided once meeting Dr. Levack. Let’s just say she was more than capable to handle my concerns. Testing was thorough followed by my new patient appt. She was approachable, kind, extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my 20+ questions. I never felt rushed and left without any questions on next steps. Without getting into the the specific diagnosis or medications prescribed, she saw me back a few days later to confirm whether the culprit was bacterial, allergies or viral. When I went to check out, the response from the front desk was, “Okay we are all set. There is no payment owed today.” I expected to be paying for the usual quick follow-up appt but instead, left with a new appreciation of the healthcare system. My job has me around providers on a daily basis, so I know an exceptional doctor when I see them! Kudos, Dr. Levack. Thank you for making me feel heard. My bright white eyes are back! She plans to follow up with me next week and we’ll go from there.
