It was delightful meeting Dr. Hendrickson! She is an amazing professional who is 100% focused on her patient's needs. I am a professional musician and in 1 session, she was able to dramatically improve the performance of my hearing aids, adding speech clarity missing prior to our visit. Since my visit, I have experienced more confidence engaging others. I look forward to working with Dr. Hendrickson to improve what I hear musically. I highly recommend Northside Hearing Center!

Dr. Lauren is the best! She takes excellent care of me and my hearing aids. She listens to and tries to offer good advice for any hearing concerns I have. Having good hearing aides has greatly improved my life. Dr. Lauren also offers great benefits to your yearly care. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help with audiological concerns.

Dr. Henrickson was extremely helpful and determined that my 4-year-old hearing aids did not need to be replaced. She made key adjustments with my hearing aids and iPhone that 3 previous audiologists never made. I came in fully willing to buy new $4000+ hearing aids. She passed on that sale which speaks volumes about her integrity and honesty. I highly recommend Dr. Lauren Henrickson! She is experienced, very knowledgeable, and personable. She is my go-to for all current and future hearing needs.

On my first visit, I found the staff to be very pleasant , respectful, courteous and very customer focussed for customer satisfaction. Dr Hendrikson was very pleasant, knowledgable and made sure all my questions were answered. Today (5/526) I actually received the hearing aid and Dr Hendrickson took care of me being able to wear the devices. She took the time I needed to let me get acquainted with the devices, as well as going step by step to make me knowledgable about proper functioning of the hearing aid. She was absolutely focussed in ensuring that when I left, I left satisfied and also asked me to call back if I had additional questions after using the hearing aid for some time. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service. I would have no hesitation recommending another person in need of auditory needs to Northside Hearing Care. Excellent.

Lauren Hendrickson is an awesome audiologist and Lisa a welcoming receptionist. I’ve been coming to Northside for a year after getting my hearing aids and she has been great at fitting and adjusting as needed. Highly recommend.
