They called after I booked an appointment on line to make sure, I knew there would be a $25 no show fee. While on the phone I provided insurance information confirming MY son's appointment. ✅ That I would be there.I get there the day of the appointment it was yesterday 5/26/26 at 4:20 pm. I arrived at 4:25 pm . When I say this could have been a much better visit, if they were not so personal . They made ME feel uncomfortable you would thought a hamster was in there trying to get glasses. The energy they had with ME.🤦🏾♀️I guess the house mom of this place she didn't want Zy'ion to play with the toys she hid the toy in the office somehow he found it. She was pulling it out of his hand .I said Zy'ion just let it go !Then she said okay Mom he can have it . He is not giving up. Then they did provide a token for this machine they have. Then the check out is we're this visit got really Rude and disrespectful. 😞 I expressed how I didn't appreciate THAT I felt disrespected and mislead with inconvenience booking.I The house Mom that was very argumentive with ME. Hands on her hips looking at Me up and down just ready! On our every move!👀 This was really really unexpected because I am just a Mom on the go.. The doctor made sure she mentioned eyelashes that was a low blow for a single mother working with what I got.😔Then because I was communicating how I felt she was gonna ask Me to my leave .I had to remind them I had a child with ME and that was not right for her to be in this energy. It's not like I am yelling or using profanity.🫤I am just letting it be known this is very rude and attacking feeling intimidating 😐I would be giving a review. She still chose to keep going like she was fighting off an wild animal 🤦🏾♀️ I was like oh is because I am black with the insurance y'all don't accept?😐I sat down while redirecting Zy'ion because of the energy he was All over the place.🤪 I shifted the atmosphere by letting them know I was not there for that type of experience.I am thankful I got to meet y'all 🤠and I am very grateful for what y'all are doing . However I didn't appreciate this discrepancy this is profiling and a very disturbing.🥹I felt attacked and like they were manipulating my whole experience smh 😬🤦🏾♀️ I COULD try to come up with ways that it was My fault .I am like well I did make sure they took our insurance 🫤I did show up on time. 🦸🏾♀️I stayed calm even with the treatment I received✅ so rude and fake, pressure for no reason.🤡I didn't have on my best wardrobe.👄💃🏽I was a Mom on a mission to be a respecter of timing.⏰ 🦸🏾♀️ Sigh... 😔 I dunno what I could've done to avoid this type of treatment(?) My son even hugged her and I told them a joke what the bathtub told the toilet?🤭 They laughed .I was glad they did. I wished none of that would had never happen and there wasn't a defense going on.😮💨 Hopefully this won't happen again. I Am hoping retaliation doesn't happen. For Me expressing the treatment I received.. The way they treated Zy'ion and his Mom 👵🏽👶🏽👩🏽⚖️🫤😞😐🤦🏾♀️😔 We made the best out of it though . We were gonna have a wonderful experience 🤗🤟🏾✨🫡💫 REMEMBER TO BE KIND! ✨🫡🤗💫UGAMUGGA!
