The staff is always so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I have seen Karolyn Harker twice, and both experiences have been wonderful. Dr. Casper is always a pleasure to consult with. He shows a true caring for his patients. Kudos to nurse Brett…he was exactly the same. I was in and out, with x-rays, under 30 minutes…very efficient and not rushed. JOB WELL DONE!!
Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. Dr Cho was efficient and had reviewed my xrays and was familiar with my injury.. Her staff were all very helpful in showing me how to rewrap my bandage.
The staff is always courteous. The doctors and nursing professionals are excellent. Rarely do I have to wait long for the doctor’s appearance. Yesterday was an exception. The doctor appeared a half hour late and no apology for his tardiness.
