The staff was amazing in every aspect of the appointment. My optometrist was professional and fast with the services while the front desk helped me pick out a pair of amazing and unique glasses! 10/10 love this place and the people that work there

I was very impressed with the doctor and the technology that he has to aid in the exam. He was very thorough. The staff was excellent from assisting with new frames, explaining what my insurance covers and the up front pricing. It was also nice how one of the staff took the time to adjust my old frames for a better fit. Highly recommend them.

Matthew was absolutely incredibly with helping me. I bought some frames from Japan and brought them in to get my prescription frames put in. Matthew was so helpful and friendly. I never felt uncomfortable throughout the process. His attention to detail and knowledge made me confident that I came to the right the right place and spoke with the right person. He let me know all the details with the different aspects of my lens and when I could receive them by. This has been the best experience I’ve had with glasses and will definitely be coming back for the costumer service and the overall quality of how this place is managed from top to bottom. Thank you again for everything and highly recommend this place for anyone interested in getting frames or their eye test here.

This has been my go-to eye clinic for years! I started going here when I was attending UCF as a student. I have since graduated and I still choose to come to the UCF campus location for all my eye needs. ALL of the staff is incredibly friendly and they make you feel comfortable and welcomed, whether it be during eye exams, or helping you find your perfect pair of glasses. They verify your insurance and thoroughly explain your estimates based on insurance coverage and what you will have to pay out of pocket prior to your exam. After the eye exam, the staff is always very helpful in assisting with getting the right frames for your face. I have a fairly small head so I have always struggled in finding the perfect pair without them feeling or looking too big! They have a very wide selection of frames. I have purchased both glasses frames and contact lenses from here over the years and the process is seamless every single time. 10/10 recommend!!

I’ve been coming here since I was a sophomore in college and I’ll keep coming here as long as I live in Orlando. Everyone is super nice and it’s a great environment!! Highly recommend coming here for your eye appointments/purchasing eyewear :)
