The doctor was very good. Very thorough and friendly day. Very nice. The lady doing the glasses wasn't the best but she might have just been frustrated because she was having to train someone. All in all, a great experienced
I had a wonderful experience here! They had called me to tell me my insurance was inactive and I ended up cancelling my appointment. The next day I came in for my appointment time anyway cause I had realized they had my old insurance on file. (My bad) When I got there they fixed it and were still able to see me. The optometrist was so kind and friendly and so was his assistant. He got my appointment done quickly and explained not just what tests he was doing but why and then when he got results he told me what my results meant. Great communication! After my appointment they sent me to another part of the facility where I met up with a lady who talked to me about glasses. I was indecisive so I ended up saying I would come back…I walked outside and came right back in! They still let me look and try on glasses even with me leaving and coming back. Then the women did quotes for me on three pairs of glasses and helped me get two of them ordered. They were so kind and had such great communication. I will definitely be going back! I’m making a dorky face but I like these frames.
Very personable staff, especially Dr. Dolezal. He seems to know his stuff and keeps up with the newest vision care technology. You can tell he has a genuine desire to help his clientele and he explains the "what and why" of what you are experiencing in your vision problems.
The eye DR.is amazing! So funny and informational at the same time. Staff are great. Very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this dentist's office for sure.
