The Rainier eye staff are very warm, friendly and professional. Dr. Ferris spends the time with her patients to resolve concerns and certainly knows her business. My wife and I feel very fortunate to have her as our eye doctor and thoroughly trust her. I would recommend her in heart beat!
Rainier Eye went above and beyond crafting my new eyeglasses. Treated a walk-in consumer with respect and understanding. They were happy to update my favorite old glasses and fit lenses into a backup pair that I also brought in. When something didn't seem right with the new lenses, they were willing to reassess my prescriptions (new and old) to make me a pair of glasses that add a new level of clarity in how i see the world. They accepted cash at the agreed upon price and nothing more. In addition to offering a two year replacement warranty. I will be going back to order a supply of contact lenses soon as well.
The staff at Rainier Eye are incredible kind! Dr Ferris is an excellent Doctor! There is also a huge selection of eye wear to choose from. The office has a very welcoming atmosphere and it is very clean. They can cut and make your lenses on site. I would highly recommend Rainier Eye!
I've been going to Dr. Ferris for probably 15 yrs. She has always done everything to care for my eyes. Very professional but also feels like she should be family. I highly recommend Dr. Ferris.
Due to my complicated prescriptions, I followed Dr Ferris from her prior clinic in Olympia. She has been the only doctor in decades to have the patience and expertise to work with my unique contact needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, relatable, and kind. If she doesn’t know something she takes the time to do the research and present informed options. She and her team is mindful of costs and doesn’t take advantage. Just this week I had an emergent conjunctivitis issue arise and they were able to get me in the next day and on the path to recovery. I would make the drive to Chehalis any day for the level and quality of care I receive at Rainier Eye. Thank you, Dr Ferris and team!
