Robert was amazing to work with. Very professional and well learned. He was able to explain things that I struggled with. And even found an example giant lens to show me how to tell if my contacts are inside out or not. He also let me know my brand is being discontinued and helped give me a few options to read about so I can make an informed decision. I had an amazing experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Chehalis Washington. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. I was especially impressed with the optician , Tamara. She was very thorough and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I also appreciated that she took the time to let me try on different frames before making a decision. I would definitely recommend the Walmart Vision Center to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient eye exam. Tamara was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand. She was also very patient and answered all of my questions. I had a wide variety of frames to choose from, and the staff was very helpful in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. The prices were very reasonable, and I was able to get a great pair of glasses for a fraction of the cost of other places. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Walmart Vision Center. Customer service was excellent!!! Both my girls had a wonderful experience with Robert helping them pick their first pairs of glasses. Could not have asked for better care. We will definitely be back for future shopping.
