Wonderful! I've been to many clinics in my life, and this was the best experience of all. My wife even enjoyed the time she spent waiting for me; the waiting area is very large and beautiful, with comfortable seating, and a very nice variety of quiet background music. I can't say enough about the people. The doctors and the rest of the staff are all (and there're lots of them) right there ready to help and to explain what's going on. Also, they're ALL very friendly, cheerful, upbeat and, above all, professional. Kudos to their HR people. It's also noticeable that there's no waiting past your appointment time, and for me that's a huge plus. Then, you are not hurried from place to place - just a leisurely, and smoothly efficient pace. Me, three of my family members, and two friends have all had the same experience there - top notch; and I wouldn't be this wordy if I wasn't truly impressed! Thank you everyone. JSN

Omg you guys were amazing. The front desk check in were so sweet making check in a simple process, Medical Assistant was super , optometrist was great, I love how she explained everything to me so I could easily understand, Kevin, the Anesthesiologist was top notch I didn't even feel my eye injection, you best keep him and Dr. Chung was amazing. I can see crystal clear out of my right eye. I'm super excited to come back to get my left one done now. Thank you

I have had friends and family members trust PLCI who came away with the same results, outstanding. All employees were patient, kind and ready to make you feel as if YOU were their only customer; even though the room was filled with clients. That too says something about PLCI's reputation.

From the check in, to the first area where eye pressure and hearing my eye from last week is 20/20! To the gal taking me down to the waiting room outside the surgery area, to those in the OR waiting room, to the anesthesiologist, to the surgeon (Dr. Chung) and staff.
