Walmart Chehalis, Wa 2249

I dropped by for a few things including a cooler. Unfortunately, the one I wanted was on the top shelf. I couldn't find anyone from the sporting goods section for help so I went to the auto dept and asked a guy there if he could call for someone to get me some assistance. Thankfully Mark from the auto dept was kind enough to just grab a ladder and grab the cooler for me. This allowed me to skip the wait. Mark is a stand up guy with great customer service.

Very nice and clean and also so many thousands of different great products that are all lined up very neatly and at phenomenal prices too. This is a very clean and beautiful Walmart. staff is very friendly and helpful also. I was asked four different times if I needed help to find anything and very politely also. The staff was very friendly and sincere. A very beautiful Walmart.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced at any Walmart I travel to. This Chehalis location is consistently clean, organized, and staffed by people who genuinely care about customers. John is absolutely awesome — covered in tattoos and looks intimidating at first, but he’s one of the funniest, most helpful, and caring employees you could ask for. He always goes out of his way to help me with bulk supplies and makes every visit a good experience. Derick in electronics is another standout. Super knowledgeable, patient, and actually takes the time to help instead of rushing people off. You can tell he truly cares about customer service. Store manager Brayden deserves major recognition as well. It’s obvious the leadership at this store sets the tone because the entire location runs better than most Walmarts I’ve been to. The staff makes you feel valued instead of like just another customer walking through the door. These guys consistently go far out of their way to provide the best service possible, and it absolutely shows. Huge appreciation to all of them for making this store stand out from the rest.

I was heading home, and I was about 50 miles from home and I must have ran over a big nail. My tire was going down fast. I stopped at the Walmart tire center in Chehalis and the gentleman that helped me switch my spare tire was a life saver. My spare tire was low in air, so I was lucky to be so close to this tire center on a late. Night Sunday. Thank you again.

This is by far the worst Walmart I think I have ever been into in my entire life! I don’t know who does the ordering or the stock for this place, but they do a terrible job. The entire medical section was wiped out when I went in there just to find some simple gauze pads and paper tape. They had nothing! They did have some boxes of Band-Aids that somebody had already opened and taken stuff out of, there were plenty of those. I noticed that throughout the store there seem to be a lot of items that were stolen, but partially still left on the shelf. I wouldn’t be surprised if this store closed. It’s that bad.
