Great doctors! Communication and front desk service can be inconsistent, but its run by a small team, and I think they're improving, trying to balance being accommodating whilst still being professional. Dr. Liselotte Van Landegem is super kind, personable, and knowledgeable. It really feels like she cares about her patients. She explains things thoroughly. This office is a little more out of the way than my previous eye doctor's office, but her care really makes the trip more worth it. I've had mixed experiences with the checkout process and overall front desk organization over the past couple of months. Sometimes, I wouldn't get my documents in the email (e.g. prescription, receipts, etc.) and I would need to reach out for them. Other times, I'd receive them immediately. Sometimes, they would forget to schedule a follow-up appointment during the checkout process. Seems like you can either schedule appointments with them with the front desk or through ZocDoc. Sometimes they wouldn't respond to emails or pick up calls. The actual clinical care provided makes up for the administrative inconsistencies, but I think they are improving.
