After an 1hr and 10 minutes of waiting, they still had two patients ahead of me... I had to reschedule. I value their time , they should value ours too. Ridiculous...

They want you to respect arrival time but, it's ok for them to see you 40+ minutes late. How unprofessional of them.

I was excied to try Insight Vision Center due to its proximity to my home, but my experience left me feeling disappointed. My initial visit involved an hour-long wait before being called in. After undergoing some eye tests, I was left waiting another 15 minutes for the doctor's arrival. Upon receiving my new glasses (obtained elsewhere with InSight's prescription), I was very upset and disappointed to discover that the prescription for one eye was significantly off, rendering them unusable. I called and Insight Vision Center offered a re-examination. Despite being the first scheduled appointment of the day, I once had to wait before being seen. While the revised prescription is an improvement, it is still not perfect. At this stage, it's not worth the hassle to revisit for further adjustments. Initially my rating was a single star, but I decided on two stars as a result of their willingness to reassess my prescription.

Just walked out of their office. I understand the whole mask thing and had mine on. When done checking in I sat by myself in a corner so I could lower the mask a little to breathe fresh air. I was asked by all front office staff to raise my mask about 4 times in 10 minutes. The last straw was when the office manager announced to the whole waiting room to put your masks over your nose. I'm still in my corner, and she singled me out and berated me in front of room. I have never been treated with such harassment and rude behavior since corona started. I left in angry frustrating tears. I came back to get my copay reimbursement and not one apology. I can't believe how people can treat others.
