Insight Vision Optometry

I have had much difficulty over the last 4 years finding the prescription that fits me best due to how rapidly my eyes change because of a medical condition I have. Dr. Thach has ever so patiently and kindly worked with me to find what enables me to see so that I can function very well in my life. Her husband Tim has always followed up on getting my glasses to me, as well as making me feel very welcome in Thach's. My husband and I are quite grateful to be in the care of this amazing practice! I could not recommend them more highly!

I submitted an online inquiry Friday afternoon & received a fast and informative response. I was so excited they were able to accommodate me for a Saturday afternoon appointment on such short notice! Lucy & Dr. Thach are truly so amazing at what they each do! They are both so kind, friendly, and truly go above and beyond to make sure all of your vision needs are met! I had such a great first experience at their office from start to finish, I can’t wait to refer all of my friends and family!

I’ve been a patient on and off for years and have always had positive experiences. They respond promptly and are very accommodating. In the past, I’ve been super glad when Dr. Thach has been able to squeeze me into her schedule or rushed a glasses/contact order on account of having a short time window while visiting town during holidays. She takes Medi-cal which was near impossible to work with when I was out of network during university. This time around, I had a sudden eye issue and she was able to see me on short notice, so relieved. Shes thorough, professional and friendly. The front desk is friendly too & greet you as soon as you come in. Overall I’m very satisfied by her and the staff. Thank you!
