Exceptional Care and Expertise! I saw Dr. Vala after experiencing a allergic reaction in my eyes, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her help. From the moment she examined me, she immediately pinpointed the issue and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her calm and confident approach made me feel reassured, and she quickly created a treatment plan that provided almost immediate relief. Dr. Vala is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she also genuinely cares about her patients’ comfort and recovery. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of expert eye care!

I had a wonderful experience, the Doctor and the staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable. I highly recommend if looking for an excellent eye care provider.

This is a very nice office. Dr. Vala is great. Her staff is excellent. Super professional. The exam was incredibly thorough! They’ve got technology in there I’ve never seen at any other optometrist’s office! Conveniently connected to a LensCrafters, so picking new frames was quick and easy. 10/10.

Dr. Mita Vala was over an hour late to my scheduled appointment with no acknowledgement of such, she did not greet my guest in the examination room though she did speak to me, Dr. Vala shared my diagnosis in the lobby (not the exam room) while another patient sat waiting, & overall the encounter seemed rushed. On a positive note the staff member triaging and covering the front desk was kind and personable. This review appears to be an outlier. I am glad others had a great experience, though I cannot say the same. Dr. SCJ

I had an excellent experience with the doctor. Their level of expertise was apparent, and they provided me with top-notch customer service. During my second visit to try my contacts, the doctor was punctual and kind, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process.
