Good Bye now. All 3 of us from my family have been coming to this facility for about 4 to 5 years now and never got treated by staff so rudely. Today we got appointment during work hours and ended up taking a break from work to make up for this appointment. I came in 9 mins late, parked my car and by the time I was in front of staff, I was 11 mins late. I was told that they can't take me bcz I was late. I can understand the policy and don't mind being denied but the way it was communicated to me is what I found as utterly disrespectful . I like optometrist though. It's very unfortunate and my family is NOT going back there again. Update Based on Response: I am not surprised by your response emphasizing the policy while I explicitly mentioned that I don't have any problem with the policy, it's about the staff's behavior towards the patients that I had concern with. This is exactly the issue that I was highlighting. In the process of enforcing your policy you are loosing the part that requires you to be courteous towards your patients. We got our glasses from a different facility now. All good now.
