The work they do here is absolutely incredible - Dr. K is always patient and does a precise job with eye exams. Even if you don’t like the frames, come for the incredible eye exams. The ladies who tighten your glasses are always super sweet and make sure your glasses fit properly. I’d HIGHLY recommend you drop by - I’ve also brought in my family and friends to these guys.

Audrey was absolutely amazing! Both times I was there, I was impressed by the way she handled herself, alone with so many customers. She kept a smile on her face and a pleasant attitude when most people wouldn't have. Her knowledge and tips eased my anxieties of being a first time contact wearer. I ordered my contacts for the first time this morning, and was in and out with ease because of the competence of the nice woman who assisted me named Melanie. She was thoughtful, personable, knowledgeable, courteous, and made an effort to find me the best deal I could achieve. I appreciated that she made me aware of what options I had to choose from, and it was obvious she was familiar with the process. Management, please see that your employee receives the thanks and recognition she deserves. Thank you again for you assistance, Melanie :)

HORRIBLE!!!!! Back in April I ordered three pairs of glasses one of which was a pair of sunglasses. It took three months before the sunglasses finally arrived. When I went to pick up my glasses I tried telling them I couldn't see clearly. They told me to give them a few months and I would adjust. I never did adjust to the glasses. I went back around The six-months they gave me to see if I would adjust to them, which I didn't.. I went to see the doctor again. Found out they had put the wrong script in all three glasses. I was told it would be 10 days to get them back. Again it was two months with numerous phone calls, constant excuses and total disrespect and disregard for what they were putting me through! They are horrible and I suggest never buying your glasses from JC Penney's in Deptford Mall!

Bad experience. First, I asked for a large frame and definitely not red. She showed me a small red frame and insisted this was the best frame for me, not because it woild,help my vision, because thats what she wanted to sell me.I checked online and the frames were discontinued. MayBe they were trying to use up their old stock. When the glasses came i couldn't see the difference in my old and new glasses. So she looks at both pair of glasses in the light as if there was a prescription written on the glasses and tells me, "they are the same prescription except for distance". Crazy talk. People loke her disrespect people by i sulting their intelligence, by treating them like idiots. She should be a car saleman. I dont know why i didnt say anything. Shock, maybe. I just wanted out. I used to work at penneys and in some departments they make a Commission. Fyi, I cant see as well but the difference is minimal. However when i take them off my vision is blurred. I Know i should take them back but i dont want to deal with them anymore. Never again. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
