Dr. Jeffrey Brown is an outstanding optometrist. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and someone I trust to tell me exactly what I need—never more, never less. Even my kids enjoy going to their appointments. He has a way of making people feel comfortable and at ease. The office staff is friendly, professional, organized, and always helpful. It’s clear that patient care is a priority from the moment you walk in the door. I highly recommend Dr. Brown to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and skilled eye doctor.

Dr. Brown and his staff are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and make your appointments go as smoothly as possible. Explained my specific eye concerns and prescription in a way that was easy for me to understand. I’ve changed all of my doctors many times due to insurance changes and convince, due to circumstances changing such as moving, as some of us have; but Dr. Brown and his team are so wonderful I will always do my best to remain a patient of theirs.

Dr. Brown has been a part of our family since my children were little. He always gets straight to the point and helps you know what's best for you. I have been going to LensCrafters and paying so much money and yet I still couldn't see. I went to Dr. Brown and he said he could make me a pair of glasses, but that I had cataracts so bad it was like looking through the bottom of a Coca-Cola bottle with Vaseline on the end of it. I got sent to a surgeon who did my cataract surgery and has made all the difference in the world for me. Thank you, Dr. Brown for your kindness, gentleness and listening here. Your staff is wonderful as well and really knows what they're doing. I refer people all the time to him and only have positive things to say.

Dr Brown is a excellent optometrist, but even better, he shows a great deal of care for his patients. He listens to your concerns and works to make things better. I find his office pleasant and will definitely go back.
