Minton was so GREAT! He fixed my Ray Bans in 2 min, when actual Ray Ban still has NO solution to nose guard breaking. Vinton was knowledgeable, fast and professional. I highly recommend him for any glasses issues that you may have! Saved me $200, and there was no charge, he helped me for free. Now that’s great customer service ! I am tempted to have him replace the other original nose guard! There glasses are only 1 1/2 yr old. Thank you so much again, appreciate you!

This past Friday, 1/9/26, I took my new glasses in to have the frames adjusted for a better fit. I did not originally buy my glasses at Walmart Vision, but instead bought them online from a different company. I explained that to the technician that was working there and he very kindly said he'd be happy to help me. He adjusted the frames for me very quickly so that they now fit perfectly! He also gave me several tips about caring for my lenses. He could not have been nicer! This is actually the third pair of online glasses that I have taken to Walmart Vision for adjustment and the third time I have received this amazing professional treatment. Thank you, Walmart Vision for your outstanding service!!

The personal individual service at the Vision Center is amazing! In particular, I would like to recognize Isabel Trujillo for being such a helpful person. I had to put in a prescription on a phone app that was filled at another facilities. Not only was she kind and helpful ,but she actually entered the information into the phone app and explaining exactly step by step what she was doing with a smile on her face.. The world would be a much better place with more people like Isabel

Stopped in on a whim to get some help repairing my glasses. My glasses were fixed and when I tried to pay he said no. There is something very comforting in good old fashioned customer service with a smile! These folks are great!

Isabelle Trujillo is AWESOME!!! I came in with broken sunglasses and she fixed them!! Then surprised me by not charging me! I brought my mom in a while back as she had fallen and her glasses were crooked. She fixed them right away! Such an Amazing and Loving person! Thank you!!
