Dr. Chang was superb and awesome!!! Only wished front desk staff would have told me contact lens exam wasn’t covered by insurance and advised how much prior, rather than telling me I owe 100.00 at the end. Didn’t give me any choice to decide whether the price worked for me or not….
We had a wonderful experience getting my daughter’s eye exam and glasses here. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and Dr. Kim was very professional and explained everything clearly. They also have a great selection of stylish frames. Highly recommend!
Dr Chang (Dr Kim’s father) was very nice and caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and compared my previous eye exam results with the current ones, which really helped me understand my eye health. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend him.
