I have been a patient here for over 10 years and I have never had a complaint. Everyone in this office is professional, courteous and extremely helpful. They even helped my son out when he lost his glasses and needed new ones immediately. I highly recommend this office.

I have been waiting for my daughter’s glasses for over a month. We were initially told they would be ready in two weeks. When we went to pick them up at that time, we were informed that they had just been sent to the insurance plan to have the lenses placed and that it would take about one more week. Today, after an entire month of waiting, I called to check the status and was told they are now “out of stock.” I find this very concerning, as no one ever called or sent any notification regarding any delay or issue with the order. Is there no follow-up process in place when orders are delayed? Is inventory not verified before confirming timelines to patients? The lack of communication and transparency is extremely disappointing. Had I known this would take this long, I would have never ordered the glasses here. By the time my daughter finally receives them, she may very well need a new prescription. Additionally, the poor treatment I experienced during my first visit only adds to the frustration. This is certainly not the level of service I would choose to pay for again.
So I'm nearsighted(-) and I went here to get my prescription and glasses. So I can see the road and the street signs. when I got my eye test it was great and accurate from the girl that did. I told her the last time I got glasses, they were a little strong and I couldn't see the dash very well with my glasses on. because they were glasses far and the dash is nearby. I asked is there anything I could do about this she told me they could leave a blank spot at the bottom of the lens (like bifocals) but blank. this way I could see the dash better. Instead of putting head back look under the glasses. they made a mistake and gave me a reading bifocal script of +1.50 not even the lowest script but +1.50 which I didn't need because I don't have a reading problem and when I tried to talk to the optician, he then argued with me and tried to tell me I needed reading glasses even though I don't. so if I look out of the bifocal part it's a little more blurry than my actual vision and I tried to tell him that but again he's very dismissive. I cant actually use those glasses because they hurt my eyes and give me a headache however the script was good other than the bifocal part. so I just use the the part script(-) i needed to order a different pair of glasses from somewhere else. if you get your script and glasses be prepared because if there is any mistakes made you may have to buy yourself a backup pair of glasses like I did out of pocket. However I would like to say other than the optician the desk clerks were very nice and so is the lady that actually took my eye test.
I haven't had a correct prescription for my eyewear since before 2016. After I went to Buffalo's Best Opticians, I was surprised that they'd actually made my eyesight better, not worse, with their corrective lenses.
i’ve been waiting for my replacement glasses for over two months, every time i call they say “oh they’ve just been ordered, they’ll be ready by the end of the week” and this is the 5th week they have said this exact thing and every time with out fail they are never ready.
