**ONE STAR.** This place is an absolute joke, and this will be the last appointment I ever make with them. It has been **over FOUR MONTHS**, and they still haven't gotten my contact lenses. Every single time I call, I get nothing but excuses and the runaround. I call to get updated they said the will leave a message to corresponding person and no one ever has the courtesy to return my calls. Their excuse is always, "You have a strong prescription, so it's taking longer." After more than four months, that's nothing but a pathetic excuse. If there was an issue, someone should have communicated it instead of making me chase them for answers. The lack of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. Patients should not have to beg for updates or be ignored. If I don't have my contact lenses within a week, I will be contacting my insurance provider and filing a formal complaint. I will also be taking my business elsewhere because this office clearly does not value its patients. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually cares about its customers.

From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. I brought my 18-year-old daughter in for her very first professional eye exam, and naturally, we didn’t quite know what to expect—but the entire staff made us feel completely at ease. The doctor was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was clear and reassuring. They didn’t rush through anything and made sure my daughter felt comfortable asking questions. It was obvious they genuinely care about their patients, especially first-timers who might feel a little nervous. The office itself was clean, organized, and welcoming, and everything ran right on time. What really stood out was how thorough the exam was—it gave us real peace of mind knowing her eye health was being taken seriously. This was such a positive first experience that my daughter actually said she’s looking forward to coming back—which says everything. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially parents bringing in their kids for their first eye exam.

Well, let’s start with the morning bday text from Dr Estradas office wishing me a happy birthday. Once at the appointment, all the ladies, and Dr. Estrada wished me a happy birthday. They all made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. Dr. Estada is very thorough and explains everything in a simple way. At the conclusion of my appointment, the ladies sang happy birthday to me. This was very cool. I have several family members that are patients of Dr. Estrada, I highly recommend him and his friendly staff.

I was just there a few days ago along with my son and had a great experience! Everyone there is friendly, professional and they actually smile. That goes a long way. I just want the staff there to know that I truly appreciate what they do. Wish them the best. Oh and Dr. Estrada is alright!

Dr. Estrada’s office staff was very helpful and took the time to clearly explain my insurance coverage. They made the process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated their patience and professionalism. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent eye care and great customer service.
