Todd provided me with the highest level of customer service that I’ve experienced in years. He answered all of my questions with an impressive level of expertise. I would highly recommend, and I will definitely be coming back to this location moving forward.
I had a great experience at Site for Sore Eyes Glass Repair Shop! Even though they didn’t have the specific part needed to fix my glasses, they still took the time to check them out and do what they could. Their willingness to help, even without the exact part, really stood out and showed their dedication to customer service. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!
We went in to have my friend's glasses repaired, since one of the nose pieces fell off. Guy went into the back & not only replaced the missing nose piece, but also tightened the glasses since the arms were wobbly. We didn't even ask him to do that! My friend said that her glasses fit even better than before! Super friendly & honest staff - highly recommend! :)
SPECTACULAR service - from Dr. Lam’s very professional and meticulously thorough eye exam, to Ilian’s beautiful customer service and keen eye for details - they genuinely care about their customers, and I am so glad I found them! If I could give them 6-stars I would! A hidden gem and an excellent spot to get all of your optometric needs met. Highly, HIGHLY recommend! *EDIT: Received my glasses today - took a little less than a week and they are stunning! Nate assisted me this time and he was extremely patient and insightful! Apparently they also do adjustments, so I definitely will be taking my sunglasses for re-adjustment/overall maintenance next time! Thanks again, Site for Sore Eyes!
