Vantage Eye Center

I really really like Dr. Page & Dr. Chen. They both have given me my sight. What I don't like is the fact that I have an insurance that states directly on my card that "MEMBER CANNOT BE CHARGED FOR MEDICAL SERVICES". I went in for a field test and was told I need to pay otherwise I would not be able to have the field test. I called my case worker and they confirmed that I shouldn't be billed. Your company refused to acknowledge and I ended up paying. If it wasn't for the fact that I actually like my doctors, I would have found another company. I had an initial problem with billing when I went to pick up my glasses. Again, I like the technicians but not the billing practice. I won't be coming here for glasses. If you are looking for a company that actually follows your insurance guidelines, DO NOT choose Vantage Eye Center.

The doctors seem to give up easily .it's like they are overwhelmed with the number of patients . The only good thing about our last visit ...they are finally making a referral to standford..the thing that bothered me the most ..when a doctor starts talking about other things , than what your their for. Saying to us random facts .. don't take your family member here .. last thing is the waiting time ...they are the worst ..we were there 45 mins early ..for nothing. We .we're still waiting like 2 hours .. I would not even give them a star..so glad not going back to them .

Salinas is sooo lucky to have such an advanced eye care center like Vantage. It is a clean, modern, well organized and well staffed facility with outstanding physicians.

I have been a VEC optometric patient for decades. This was my first visit with an ophthalmologist. I experienced a very short wait to begin my visit with the VEC professionals. Each of them was helpful when answering my questions and concerns and explaining the purpose of each test.

Dr Page has been caring for me for over fifteen years. I could not have had better care from anyone. He is professional and very carrying for me. I am blessed to have him.
