This place is cleanly and the staff are excessively patient, nice and encouraging. I took my daughter in for a contact lens class and they were great. I never felt rushed. I saw them cleaning and had rooms marked afterwards as sanitized. Great place, great doctor and staff, they didn't try to sell me more than i wanted. A+! Highly recommend!

As long as we live in this area, this will be the eye dr we will go to. Extremely friendly, personable and knowledgeable. For 2 years before coming here I could not get my prescription right (your 40's are a beast). Consistently a few months after my annual eye exam I'd start struggle with my prescription and have trouble seeing until my next annual exam. Dr. Kim was my savior! She listened to all of the issues I was having and really took her time to help me find the right contacts for me. She was so patient with me, allowing for multiple trial pairs until I found the perfect fit and prescription. A year later, I was still feeling great and had no issues with my vision. Hallelujah! The rest of the staff is amazing as well. Jessica truly remembers each patient she sees. She's a joy to work with and so easy to talk to. If you're having a bad day, I promise you'll feel better when you leave this office. We're so happy we found them!

I went in Friday June 5th 2026. I believe it was Jessica, I hope that's right, and Coco that welcomed me. They were both super friendly and were able to schedule me for today Saturday June 6th, and helped me get my paper work filled out in advance during my Friday walkin visit. Saturday when I arrived a few minutes early for my 10:00 AM appointment they remembered me from the day before, and confirmed my exam choice. I chose the more expensive $140.00 photo option, which I recommend, it was super easy and basically takes a few minutes. It also gives the doctor more information on the health of your eye. Apparently the other option is $100.00, which utilizes eye drops to dialate your pupils and leaves you blurry for a few hours. Coco performed the initial exam consisting of the photos, and some vision test. Coco was awesome, and super friendly. Dr. Kim performed the rest of the exam, and she was very meticulous. She double checked, and explained everything. She made the process very simple. This was definitely the best eye exam I've had. My prescription is great, and I can see wonderfully now. I will definitely be going to see them for my future eye exams. The whole experience was great, these are really wonderful people.

I was so impressed by the staff here. They were literally the friendliest people I have encountered here in Colorado Springs!! There’s a reason why their reviews are so great…because they are! Dr Kim was so thorough in her exam and took her time to explain everything.

I can't imagine myself going anywhere else, ever! The staff is amazing and so friendly. The office is clean and inviting. Definitely the best place to go for all of your eye exams. They were all just perfect. I'm so glad that I found them. I would give them way more than 5 stars if it were possible.
