Kamal Wahi OD Next To Walmart

I came to this Walmart for the first time a few weeks ago because I was in the area and had a great experience while I was here. The store is really big and it’s very clean and neat too, it was very easy to find all the things that I needed. I definitely will be back again in The future.

They need to work with their 3rd party Spark drivers. Besides giving clear instructions they will either leave the order at the wrong door even with the wrong apartment number on it or take it back but won't call to ask if they are still having any confusion. I feel like I took a headache for myself since I got this membership. It's been 2 years and mind you I have been placing orders 3-4 times a week because of my disabilities. I just tried Target delivery and feel like its far better than this. Walmart got the worst delivery service ever. Please don't waste your time and money with their delivery. If you need anything urgently, you might be hanging high n dry by midnight. Also Walmart+ customer service is overseas and its impossible for them to override anything to reschedule deliveries. Took me almost an hr on the phone for them to get me a supervisor.

I had a wonderful experience here ! So I was in a rush for a dress and I found one it was so cute but it had a big hole in it I let the associate know she was so friendly and helped me find another one and I did it was the second choice thank you for a wonderful experience!

The team members who work here are always so helpful to me, which means a lot to me since I'm not from this area. Shay, my Cashier and Jimmy are so very nice and so very helpful. Shay greets you with a beautiful smile.

I went to this Walmart twice to get a fishing license. The first time I waited a very long time for an attendant after asking to be helped. Once an attendant came, he was unable to complete the transaction. The second time I went, there was a line with nice folks also waiting to get licenses to fish that day. I went to customer service to request help. It never came. I felt bad for the family that was waiting because they were going to buy a lot of gear and their child was excited to fish. My friend and I exhausted our patience and went elsewhere for the license. Dozens of attendants walked past our little crowd. Not one of them caring enough to find someone to help. I understand the store gets busy, however failing to provide an advertised service twice deserves a warning to customers to go elsewhere.
