I’ve gone to KC Eye Clinic for a long time and have always had a good experience! It’s easy to schedule appointments and order contacts as well. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful and friendly, and Dr. Bircher has been fantastic to help with any changes in vision.
I’ve been going to the practice for several years now. And I’ve enjoyed every year. All the staff has treated me with respect. Dr. Eck is a very personal person. I will continue with the practice for many years to come thank you.
I recently switched my eye care to KC Eye Clinic and I’ve seen Dr Eck twice now and I am grateful for the excellent care I’m receiving. I have some different (for me) vision challenges that started in the last several years and I struggle. Dr Eck has been very helpful, precise and patient with me as I deal with my aging eyesight and all the problems that brings. He has kindly explained the causes of my vision problems and the options to treat. I greatly appreciate this! Dr Eck’s staff is really great! I’m sorry I do not remember the names of the 2 techs that worked with me at my recent appointment but they were top-notch! Excellent people skills in addition to their professional skills. The scheduling and receptionists have been so easy to work with as well. Just all around really great experiences and I highly recommend Dr Eck and the staff at KC Eye Clinic.
I am always completely satisfied with my visit, as well as the outcome of my visit, with Dr.Bircher. She has always been so patient and throuough with my complicated eyes. From our very first appointment she has worked very hard to give me the best sight possible.
Dr Eck is thorough and has given me good guidance for several years. He and his staff are also very kind and patient when they see my husband who has Alzheimer’s.
