I submitted all my initial paperwork online, so, it was very easy to check in upon arrival using barcode. There was someone there to greet me at the door and gave me directions where to go from there. I experienced only a very brief wait to be seen by Dr. Hunt in Rheumatology. She was thorough and friendly. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Had to have some blood work done after Dr. Visit, all completed within the same building. Quick and easy process.

Omg — Ms. Makaba Kone, NP — what a great soul! God truly sends us angels to help and guide us, and today I know He was with us through her. Her compassion and genuine care were exactly what my husband needed. Her parents should be proud — she’s the reflection of an excellent upbringing and a beautiful heart. Dr. Maffei was very thorough in her explaining to me about my issues with the nocturia I have been going through, and added a medication to take along with the flowmax I have already been taking that did not seem to work to lessen my Nocturia after taking it for 6-7 weeks . She also addressed a scrotal furnicle that developed at the base of my scrotum, and took a sample to send to the lab for analysis. An AEROBIC BACTERIAL CULTURE was done for the analysis and the results showed that no bacteria grew from the sample that she took from the leakage of the furnicle. That was great news. Her nurse also discussed with me and explained how to give myself a testosterone injection due to the fact that I have little to no testosterone. The nurse was very thorough in teaching me how to give myself my 1st testosterone injection, and I was able to perform the injection myself correctly at that time for my first dose of testosterone. Overall, I would give Dr. Maffei 10 stars out of 5. 😁

Dr. Hunt is amazing and kind she's very wise she's conservative she's caring she's gentle when examining me. I had to bring my son because of summer vacation he's seven and a half she remembered meeting him another time and she was real kind to him but she continued to treat me as if I was the only one there in the room she was not distracted but she did look at him and smile from time to time. I would definitely recommend her to anybody that needed any type of rheumatologist. From the moment that you step into this kelsey-siborne clinic it's amazing it's immaculately clean it smells good the receptionist that check in are amazing and give great conversation that elevators are clean and run smoothly the restrooms are clean and even smell good I mean this place is a good place to go it's very professional but also caring and loving. 💙💙💙🐝

From the very beginning, she showed a level of professionalism, attentiveness, and compassion that is rare to find. But what impacted me the most wasn’t just her kindness—it was her dedication to educating me. She took the time to explain important aspects of my own care that no other nurse had ever mentioned before. She made sure I understood everything and felt confident moving forward. That made a real difference to me, because she didn’t just do her job—she went above and beyond, thinking about my long-term well-being. That kind of care is not something you come across every day. She is truly an admirable professional, deeply committed, and with an incredible human touch. I sincerely wish more healthcare professionals approached their work with the same level of excellence and empathy. Thank you, Marines Chapman, for making a real difference.
