I had a wonderful experience with my new primary care provider, Stephanie Penson. She is incredibly informative, patient, and took the time to genuinely listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed at all. It is clear she truly values her patients' time and input. The entire staff was so nice, and the check-in and check-out process was perfectly on time. Even the woman in the laboratory who drew my blood was incredibly sweet and kind! I highly recommend Dr. Penson if you are looking for a doctor who is thorough, compassionate, and respects your time. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!!

Plenty of parking, there is additional parking that has a skywalk right into third floor, not sure about the other floors. Make sure you go to the right building, A or B. Staff were really helpful redirecting us to the right building. Some arrows would help pointing to buildings A or B. Other than that, great service and clean facilities. PA-C Fung Wu gets also five stars ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 💫 for service and kindness! She is also a Spanish speaker.

This clinic is very welcoming and professional to young and old alike. I have already recommended to my son in law. Blood taken at this clinic is pain free. My veins are poor and the nurse was perfect. I have been stuck 8 times at other clinics. It was pain free and quick. The doctor is knowledgeable, slow , and methodical in assuring my history and treatment are correct

Kelsey makes a very convenient from parking to people directing you along the way if you’re new and don’t know your way. The reception check-in desk Lady was very welcoming. The place is very clean and inviting and the wait time was not long. I can’t say enough about Dr. Kincaid and her team. I could not have made a better choice. I felt like Dr. Kincaid cared about me getting better. She was also very educational, and I felt comfortable asking her questions. She answered all of them and I never felt rushed. I am so glad that I chose her as my PCP and would recommend her to any family member and friends. I would also recommend Kelsey Clinic.

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Tushar Daharia. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. Dr. Daharia is not only an outstanding physician but also a genuinely kind and caring person. His staff was friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Daharia to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate gastroenterologist.
