About a year ago, I had an experience at this Walmart that completely changed my view of the store, and I have chosen not to return since. At the time, I made a large purchase using self-checkout. During that process, I noticed an employee closely watching me scan every single item. While I understand stores monitor self-checkout, the level of attention felt excessive and uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was that the same employee who was watching me the entire time then stopped me at the exit and asked to check my receipt. After already being observed throughout my transaction, this felt unnecessary, targeted, and disrespectful as a paying customer. It’s also important to point out that Walmart is not a membership-based store like Costco, where receipt checks are part of the agreed terms when you shop there. Customers at Walmart are not under the same agreement, and many of us are aware of our rights in these situations. Because of that, interactions like this should be handled with consistency and professionalism. As a mother, and based on conversations within local mom groups, this is not a location I would recommend for families. The overall experience did not feel welcoming or respectful, which matters when deciding where to shop with your children. The store itself was fine in terms of selection and checkout, but customer service does not end at the register. The way customers are treated as they leave matters just as much, and unfortunately, that part of the experience fell short. This experience left a lasting impression and ultimately influenced my decision not to return. I hope management takes situations like this seriously and works toward creating a more respectful and consistent experience for all customers.

The Walmart store that we saw at sometimes they deliver sometimes we'd go in overall we have had nothing but excellent service from them stored clean. Customer service is great. Prices are wonderful. Nine times out of 10 Ayla availability is there. I recommend the Walmart shopping experience.

My walmart experience was decent. 1. I sang really loud in the isle and I was just having fun minding my own business but a lot of the customers I felt were judging me but I guess that is not the stores fault. 2. We could not find any fugglers for our friend 😢 she deserves better than the squishy banana we settled for so the store needs to keep better stock around Christmas because there will be many more people disappointed about the fugglers. 3. I will say the line moved exceptionally fast though because my friend’s sister waited in line. ( at dollar tree now 🫤)

went shopping bought earings and a bunch of other stuff I left the earrings in one of the bags I came right back in the store Noticed that my earrings were missing I understand that the people to look at the cameras are not available to look at them but the manager Monique was not helpful at all gave attitude and tried to flip it around and say that I was being hostile I told her I was not being hostile I was just asking what are my options then since you guys can't look at the cameras and I have things to do what would be my next option she was not helpful at all and told me there was nothing she can do to help. Sadly the store is not professional not helpful and horrible manager training. If you guys need to go to any Walmart I suggest you go to to the Walmart store number 4494 Best customer service managers and everybody is very helpful and resourceful they are very kind to their customers and make everybody walk out peaceful and happy this Walmart here supercenter nobody is helpful or cares I did call corporate and made a complaint about the manager.

My daughter and I tried to use money services and I was so happy to see they had it separated from costumer service center now, but employees told us that the employee that should be working at that place had to go help the customer service counter and we had to get in that line. There were 12 people in that line to return items mostly, it would have taken us more than an hour to send some money so we left!! Bummer!!
