Wonderful experience! Dr. Hester is very passionate about what she does. She took time and explained everything. Did not feel rushed or like I was just a number. She genuinely cares. Very nice and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!! Wish I could have given her 10 stars!!!
I had a great experience at this eye care center! The office is brand new, super clean, and a wonderful addition to the area. Scheduling online was completely flawless, and my appointment went quickly with no long wait times. The front desk person was incredibly cool and welcoming. The eye doctor was super nice, very thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also have lots of options to choose from. I’m so glad we have this kind of top-tier optometrist/ophthalmologist care locally now. I will definitely be back!
Called and easily scheduled an appointment. Staff were pleasant and eager to assist with insurance. Dr. Hester was very knowledgable and quickly answered my questions. Ordered new computer reading glasses that came in very quickly. Glasses are perfect and will greatly improve my posture while working at the terminal, no more leaning in! Thank you.
What a great experience. Dr. Hester is very knowledgeable and explained the why along with the what. All around a wonderful (and needed) new practice in the area.
