Paul at the front desk is the best! He helped me pull quotes for my contact lenses and helped me decide on the best pricing. just a nice dude with a great attitude in general Dr Soto is great! He is clear anbout what he’s doing and gentle during exams. he walks you through your eye health and makes suggestions on what the best deal for contacts or glasses are based on your insurance. very thoughtful!
I Had an outstanding experience with Kips Bay Optocal my optometrist and the entire staff was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The optometrist was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He explained everything clearly, demonstrated a high level of expertise, and made me feel confident that I was receiving the best possible care. What impressed me most was how efficiently and smoothly the office operated while still providing personalized attention. Every member of the team was kind, courteous, and highly proficient in their role. It was my first visit but definitely not my last.
I’ve been to optometrists all over the world, Dr. Soto is the best, undoubtedly! A no-nonsense, thorough doctor. The comprehensive eye exam landed me with the most accurate prescription I’ve had in 20 years. Look no further for an excellent eye doctor.
I’ve gone here for the last 4 years and can confidently say it’s one of the best eye centers. The doctors and assistants are so thoughtful and really pay attention to your progress, questions, and issues. The office staff is also amazing and I know i can always count on them for questions or scheduling issues. I moved out of the area and STILL choose this center. 10/10
