Environment is clean and relaxing; not too busy when I was there. They do have service dog days on occasion which is fun! Staff are warm and kind. Dr. Katherine White was relational and thorough in her assessment. The office is family-owned by her and her husband. She answered my questions thoroughly, and provided samples for what I needed. Staff was knowledgeable to answer my questions as well. I've been to other eye doctors in the area, and this one has been the best one!

Kirn Family Eye Care was nice right from the start. On time, professional, and straightforward. Dr. White was thorough, took her time, and did not rush through the examinations at all.

Never before in my life have I felt a doctor understood my vision trouble or that I was well taken care of. Dr. White took time to educate and explain things that my 4 previous eye doctors didn’t. I walked out of her office confident and comfortable because I know she is taking proper care of my vision and eye health. I wish I found her sooner! Highly recommend!

I am very taken aback at the customer service I received today when I called earlier this afternoon ; I don’t believe the representative even gave me her name. I called to verify my copay. She cut me off , and told me that my exam was scheduled for next year on 2/17. This didn’t make any sense, considering the system sent me an automatic text almost 4 months ago. I made the appointment online , and confirmed with a representative that the appointment was indeed for this year over the phone. I am very perturbed, and may never return.

From the doctors to the staff, the professional and friendly atmosphere is second to none. The doctors will go the extra mile to make sure your care and eye exam is the best in the industry. Plus, you can bring your dog! What other Eye Practice will let you do that.
