Absolutely on point team of very nice and friendly team. When you walk in, you are greeted and the service is outstanding and professional from the patience during your eye exam, to being helpful during eyewear selections, to the service to get your eyewear done! I picked up my glasses in less than a week! It's all a fantastic experience and at half price for prescription eyewear right now (July 2026), they can't be beat.
The team at the Susquehanna Marketplace LensCrafters is fantastic!!! I stopped in with my Gucci sunglasses and the incredibly kind lab staff and the others quickly and perfectly put a cap on them for me. Exceptional, great and friendly customer service like this makes all the difference. Highly recommended!
The staff and doctor were very helpful, friendly. They explained everything being done during my eye appointment. I have been using them for a few years ,very happy with the service I receive.
