My husband is currently using a walker due to a recent hospitalization. Morrison’s staff were very helpful and understanding. Dr. Riegel completed his eye exam quickly and even assisted in check out so I could get him home quickly. Highly recommend them!
While the staff is kind and the space is nice, I would not recommend this office. They are extremely disorganized and scheduling is impossible. It took me 5 months to get an appointment, which was cancelled a few weeks before the appointment because the doctor I chose was out. So I rescheduled with a new doctor for the same date, and two days before that appointment, it is cancelled again, and I’m told this doctor is also going out of the office for 8 weeks. Especially if you’re a new patient, this is not the place to get care.
I was seen as an emergency visit. The entire staff was so kind and professional. I saw a new doctor since my doctor was at their other office. Dr Patel was very thorough and professional. She was kind and caring and explained everything in a manner that I understood. I was very pleased with my visit.
I had an exceptional experience! The staff members were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel at ease. The optometrist performed a thorough comprehensive exam, taking the time to explain my vision health in detail. Their expertise and care were particularly reassuring given my pre-existing health conditions. I received the guidance and support I needed to address my eye health concerns. Highly recommended!
