I had an outstanding experience at Kelsey-Seybold Memorial Village Campus during a dermatology visit, and I especially want to recognize Dr. Jennifer Tran and Naomi Castillo for the exceptional care my wife and I received.
Naomi Castillo was the first person who truly made me feel cared for. After my visit, my wife was seen as well by the same team, and she received the same outstanding level of care. Naomi didn't just go through a checklist of questions. She asked thoughtful questions and always followed up with the right ones to better understand everything that was going on. It was clear that she was genuinely concerned about my well-being and wanted to make sure nothing important was overlooked. She was incredibly professional, kind, patient, and compassionate throughout the entire visit.
Then I met with Dr. Jennifer Tran, who continued that same level of outstanding care. She took the time to listen carefully, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and made me feel confident that I was receiving the best possible medical care. Her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness were truly exceptional.
Before I left, Naomi came back to go over the final instructions. Once again, she took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the next steps. That level of attention and care meant a great deal to me.
It is so rare to find a team that combines professionalism, genuine compassion, time with the patient, and excellent communication so well.
