Kyle Vision

I recently visited Kyle Vision and had a great experience with the staff and the doctor. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional, and I really appreciated the care we received. My only concern was the pricing of the frames. I noticed that many frames appeared to be marked up significantly compared to other places and years before. My son was interested in a pair of Oakley frames that were priced at $300. We had previously purchased the exact same style in a different color for around $120, so the price difference was much higher than expected and we decided not to purchase them at the time. That same day, we happened to check Costco Optical and found the exact same frames for $80. Later, when I went back to pick up my contact at Kyle Vision, I saw a pair of frames I really liked (a VSP brand) priced at $250. I took a picture because I was considering coming back for them, but after looking them up online, I found the same frames listed for $145. I also contacted another optical office I’ve used before, and they confirmed the price was similar to the online pricing. I want to emphasize that the staff and doctor were wonderful, and I had a positive experience with the care provided. My only hesitation is the frame pricing, which felt much higher than what I’ve seen elsewhere. The excessive markup ruined an overall good experience.

Dr. Mai is wonderful. Not only is she highly intelligent, but she has a great chairside manner. She is easy to talk to and ask questions. I always leave more educated about my eyesight and she is very willing to work with issues as they arrive. I have a slight astigmatism, and we are trying to figure out which contacts work best for me. As I'm going through menopause, I feel that my eyesight is changing alongside of my body, and I feel like I have a health partner with my eyesight and those changes. I have already referred other women to Dr. Mai and will continue to do so.

Everything was great. The doctor was awesome and thorough and answered all my questions. The customer service was the best there could be. My husband and I walked out of our appointment saying how wonderful everyone was and we were very pleased. The insurance coverage was also awesome, I know unbelievable, and they were very helpful getting to an affordable price for glasses. Highly recommend!!!!!

Very pretty place, lots of choices regarding frames. Front desk staff is very friendly 🙂, the Doctor and the assistant lady was fast and thorough. I was helped by Anthony to choose the right frame and sunglasses for my prescription. He was extremely patient with me, we had a good chat and he was making sure to apply all the insurance and other discounts they have now. I think I got a good deal for 2 pairs of glasses 🤓🕶️. Great place.

I’m a local and Kyle Vision has been my go-to eye care place. Everyone here is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. The doctor is thorough, takes time to explain things, and never rushes the appointment. The office is clean, modern, and well run, and I never feel like I’m waiting forever. My family has had nothing but great experiences here. Highly recommend Kyle Vision if you’re in the area and need an eye doctor you can trust.
