Lakeside Family Optometry

I went in for myself and my 4 young children and the 2 assistant ladies in the front as well as the Dr were all very nice and welcoming. They made my children and I feel very comfortable and had great small talk while we waited turns for exams. It was 2 of my children’s first time getting exams and glasses and the Dr and Assistants did so well with them and made them feel comfortable. I found my new family eye dr and will be coming here with my family as they grow. Thank you all for all your help today 7/15/26 ! You were amazing !

Today, I had a follow-up eye exam with Dr. Teresa Vu at Lakeside Family Optometry in Lake Elsinore, and it was an excellent experience. My first visit a couple of years ago with her was fantastic, and this return visit was to check the condition of my eyes. Dr. Vu was incredibly thorough, gentle, and attentive. She explained everything as she conducted the exam, making sure I understood every step. Her staff was equally wonderful—friendly and warm. I felt truly cared for, not rushed, and like I had all the time I needed to ask questions and make informed decisions. There was no pressure to order anything, which I appreciated. They also have a fantastic selection of eyewear and sunglasses. The staff helped me try on a few options, which made the process enjoyable. The office was very professional and well-organized. Even with several other patients and customers, there were no delays, and my appointment started right on time. They also accept my insurance, which is incredibly helpful and saves me money. Overall, I give this office a five-star review for their outstanding care, professionalism, and warmth. I’m excited to get my new glasses and would highly recommend Lakeside Family Optometry to anyone!

I have been using them for about 6 years now I think, and have been good to me and my wife, I only wish they were still opened on Saturdays so I can pick my glasses up as I work all week long. But outside of that the have been great and helpful

Great service , fast service, and clean office. I was in n out and they said my glasses would be ready in 7-10 weeks which was a long time but to my surprise they were ready in about a week and a half! Their selection for Medical was awesome!
