Excellent service, they were going to stop taking my insurance so they scheduled me sooner so that I would not be without glasses for any longer. They were very kind and answered all the questions I had. If they would continue to take my insurance I would definitely be staying with this doctor but even though I have to find a new eye doctor I highly recommend this eye doctor
I always enjoy going into Dr. Carr's office. The girls are all great as well as Dr. Carr. They're very friendly and attentive to your needs and don't get frustrated when I take forever to decide on new glasses. Amanda works hard to find just the right ones. Dr.Carr is absolutely amazing. He has been our family eye doctor for the past 18 years. He is very thorough ,knowledgeable ,kind and is willing to take his time explaining any questions that we might have.
Very thorough with explaining things when I was confused and very professional. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area in need of an eye examination or new glasses. I personally choose this office over walmart in New Martinsville even though I live in New Martinsville because I love the quality results of the first glasses I recieved from here, vision was more clear than any pair of glasses from my past.
Dr Carr and his staff are wonderful. They explain everything as you go through the procedures. I highly recommend them
