I would have given this place 4-5 stars if they would just not use their “AI phone assistant”. It doesn’t work. At ALL. It won’t connect me to a person, it errored when I tried to see if my glasses were in and kept re-routing me to the beginning. Nobody wants AI. I’ve never in my life so BADLY wanted to talk to a customer service person. Now I have to DRIVE all the way out there just to CHECK on them because why? Why did you feel the need to put this absolutely HORRENDOUS AI garbage on your phone system?? People can’t call you, do you realize how terrible that is for business? I couldn’t even leave a message. The doctor was great, though, and the staff were friendly. However, it’s been exactly at 5 business days for my glasses and nobody has called me and let me know if they’re in. I was told the max wait would be 5 days. For $450 glasses, I expected a lot better customer service than this. Please remove that AI garbage. It’s literally okay to not buy into the terrible AI fad. It’s also depleting all of our water, so…maybe don’t encourage the destruction of our environment?

Entrusting my eye care to Lauren Alexander Optical, is to say the least, BEST choice I've ever made. One of the best customer services I've ever received, very professional, the staff is so friendly, you're treated like family almost, not just another number on a credit card or dollar bill. They're very informative and the doctor and staffing take their time with you to make sure that you received the best care that is required for your visit. They will also make sure that you get the best value and deals for your money. So many designer frames to choose from and the ambience of the facility is breathtaking,clean and if you're like me and enjoy taking selfies it is the perfect backdrop for your selfies. Lol It's such a beautiful establishment I could not resist the chance of not getting a few selfies before I left. Lol Dr Alexander and her staff are awesome.

First time there and great customer service, Dr Pham was awesome she worked with me on my vision problem I was having and suggested the best for me, going back for glasses next week.
