Great experience every time! Jesse is very kind and informative. She's gone out of her way several times to give me recommendations for the best deal that my insurance will cover. Dr. Diep is also kind and explains clearly what she is doing and why she is doing it. Highly recommend!
Leaf optometry has wonderful staff and such a knowledgeable and friendly doctor. Scheduling an appointment and checking in was easy. I had a comprehensive exam and also selected some new glasses. Dr. Diep spent time to explain the different tests and how what she was checking for. She even was able to check out how dry my eyes were and gave me some eye-drop samples! All the equipment in the office is clean, high tech, and brand new. Their optical selection is also great and high quality. Dr. Diep also came to make sure I got high quality lenses and coating (I work on the computer a lot and get headaches easily). If you're looking to get a great comprehensive eye exam or to pick up some new glasses, this is the place to go!
I had a great first experience at Leaf Optometry. Jessi and Dr. Diep are very kind and provided wonderful service from beginning to end. They are both warmth and helpful. The eye exam was very thorough and Dr. Diep makes an effort to make conversation and engage which makes the experience human. Jessi has great product knowledge on all the glasses and she was happy to adjust a few pairs I previously had which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this optometrist if you’re looking for one!
I had put off having a proper eye exam for years, but finally decided i needed to get it done and chose Leaf Optometry as it was close by and the exam was reasonably priced. Very friendly staff and Dr Diep was very thorough, not rushed and and i felt very confident in the detailed explanation and results of my exam. Overall very good experience and I will return and would certainly recommend.
I've been going to Dr. Diep for 3 yrs and am so sad to be moving away. Her and her staff are so kind and always helpful. The office is tidy, and the glasses displays are stylish. She even informed me on my insurance coverage and always asked about care options based on my coverage, this put me at ease. Thank you, Dr. Diep and team!
