Lens N Specs

We had a wonderful experience at Lens n Specs. The staff provided a truly personalized approach and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the best option. I ordered glasses for my son, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied with our choice. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent service and professional care!

A few things that you should know about this place: 1. This is a VIRTUAL office. They have onsite techs that do the basic eye health tests but refracting is done by a remote tech and then finally a doc will remote in at the end to review the test results. I personally did not like this at all. It was slow and at the mercy of a good connection between the remote and site. We had to change techs bc they kept losing connection to the refractor. That meant getting back into a waiting queue for another tech. During the final doc portion, one of my eye tests was not sent or received by the doc so the onsite tech had to resend. In doing so, we had to go back into another waiting queue for the doc to be available again. 2. They did not inform me that this was a virtual appointment until my actual appointment time. This should have been disclosed upon first call or even first arrival so that I could have the opportunity to better understand and/or decline this type of appointment. 3. Despite being advertised as faster and more efficient, it still took over 90 minutes for just the exam portion of the appointment due to connection issues and general waiting. That being said, the onsite tech and front desk people were very friendly and helpful. But all in all, I did not enjoy this experience and def not one that I would return to.

Lens n Specs is a very professional place! They change my life for the better! My vision is very bad and they make my glasses perfectly! FYI, I use prism and only Lens n Specs team found solution how to do it properly. Highly recommend!!!

Horrible customer service! The front desk receptionist walked away while I was trying to speak with her, which was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I was sold an insurance plan, but when I brought my glasses in for repair, I was told the damage wasn’t covered. The coverage was not explained clearly at the time of purchase. They may seem friendly at first, but when you need help, the customer service is poor and the staff can be rude. I would not recommend this place. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Great experince all the time. Harry is the best. Recently, I was pescribed progressive lens, at first I was not very sure. But I must say these are my best pair so far. My best progessive pair. It has been two years and I must says the glasses are still the best. Yesterday, I was at 'Lens and Specs' for my kids specs. I am compelled to write again as it was just another great experience. The lens were alligned manually as well as with advanced software. Wonderful services. Must visit if you are need of vision test or specs. Full bright and colorful 5 stars.
