It was amazing my 8 year old had an appointment there yesterday and they took such great care of her especially cause she was so nervous. The lady that sized her glasses for her was so personable and sweet. The doc was great too. We though the mall itself kinda scared me lens crafters in occee was a great experience for me and my daughter. They even got her glasses ready today and her appointment was yesterday. Definitely would recommend this place.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I would not recommend this location. When I purchased my contacts, I made sure that it would be sent to my home. However, the receptionist did not send them to my home. She sent them to the store's location. On top of that, It took almost a month to receive the contacts. I kept getting the run around about them. I called every other day to see if my contacts came in and they were unable to assist me with the whereabouts of my contacts. They didn't even provide me with a receipt. I had to go back to the location for the 5th time to get my receipt. I asked to speak to my doctor about the issues. They stated to me that he was on lunch for another hour and 45 minutes. As I was about to walk out. The doctor walked out with a patient. I felt deceived after seeing that.

First of all the office is colsed in the mall they forgot to mention that. So we where late getting to the appointment. They need to take there address being the mall off the internet,so other people don't make the same mistake and miss there appointment and have to reschedule. It was a waste of my time and gas.

I did a walk in for contact lenses and they ended up seeing me way before I expected. Fast service and great people. Highly recommend

Absolute worst experience I've had. Would not give me my prescription after I already paid over $200 for my contacts exam. Will never come back again. Horrible horrible.
