LensCrafters

Great experience! Stephen and David were very helpful and informative. They were unable to complete my order the first day I came in because the internet went down in the whole area. But they called me several times to keep me updated and gave me pricing information and timelines as soon as they were able to provide them. They also kept the frames I had picked out set aside until I could come back in. I came in the next day and felt very taken care of. Will definitely be back

One of the best places to get glasses, especially if you have progressives. I’ve struggled so much having the focal points align properly so that the I see out of the “clear spots” on each lens at the same time. This is the one place that I don’t have this issue. The staff are really helpful and kind, too, and the prices aren’t crazy. They’re always having sales to bring the costs down. Highly recommend

I just want to thank Dave for his kindness for helping us with adjusting my sunglasses 🕶️ so they fit properly even though I did not purchase anything and he did it without any charge to us. This is the kind of service that is much appreciated and for that I recommend them. My husband and I are customers of this location and always we receive the utmost customer service

Absolutely wonderful experience at this LensCrafters. Came to them with a prescription I got from another doctor, and frames I found online. They were so friendly, helpful, And didn’t try to push me to spend more than my budget. They even adjusted another pair for free while I was there. I will definitely be using this location from now on.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters in Boynton Beach. The staff was amazing, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for excellent customer service!
