Dina at the Arrowhead location was absolutely wonderful! She helped both my wife and me find prescription glasses and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right glasses. We both absolutely love our selections! Highly recommend asking for Dina if you visit the Arrowhead location.
Went in with my girlfriend for HER appointment and just asked if they accepted my insurance and they got me in for an exam at the same time. Great staff, great selection of frames, and the friendliest doctor I've had in a long time.
I came in today for prescription sunglasses. Austin was wonderful. He told me about the spring sale and showed me where to begin looking for frames. He was friendly and helpful. I was able to take my time trying on frames. I didn't feel pressured at all. It was such an easy experience. I am pleased with my purchase and cannot wait for my new glasses to arrive in 7-10 days.
Over a period of 2 years I was doubly blessed to have the same Optician at LensCrafters. I highly recommend Jude for an extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient Optician. When I described what I wanted, he took me directly to the frame I chose at first glance. I’m very particular, but he listened and fulfilled what I desired in a matter of minutes. Fantastic facility, clean, modern, well designed. Frames show perfectly in drawers and on glass. Very well-trained staff, cordial, personal, and knowledgeable. I would go back in a heartbeat. Reasonable prices for frames and lenses and puts the competition to shame.
