I had a great experience at the LensCrafters in Victorville. Dan and Josh provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond repairing my glasses. Even though it was a minor repair, they took the time to go through everything with me and helped me later on as well. I really appreciate their professionalism and care.
Jackie (sales associate) was kind, helpful, and efficient. She took her time helping my son with adjusting his new prescription Ray-ban’s even though we ordered his prescription online. Really appreciate an outstanding, above and beyond customer service provided by Jackie.
Stopped by the LensCrafters in Victorville and had a really great experience. Daniel helped us out with a glasses repair, and he couldn’t have been easier to work with. Super friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and got everything fixed up way quicker than we expected. It’s always nice when someone actually takes the time to help and makes the whole process smooth. Definitely appreciated the service—thanks again, Daniel!
Great location! Doctors Andrews and Paver are both indispensable assets to this LensCrafters, and the retail end are all hardworking and professional, lead by the wonderful Mrs De La Cruz. Highly recommend making an appointment or bringing in an rx for their services! They also have a large selection of Ray ban frames and metas, which I appreciated
