My first appointment at this location was May 2025, when I desperately needed an eye exam and a new pair of glasses after not having gone to the doctor in years. I feel incredibly lucky to have been seen by Dr. Teresa Wong who provided me quality care and advice on how to treat my eyes when looking at the blue screen for too long and on how to protect them from UV damage. Caitlin was also incredibly helpful in my process for finding a new pair of glasses, reviewing the transition lenses that best fit my glasses, and guiding me through the year-long warranty policy. I'm happy to share that I am still in love with my glasses and the improvement they've had on my life as well as the protection they've provided from UV damage. I still receive compliments on them as well! I anticipate that my eye prescription will change over the years, and I plan to continue going to this office to receive this quality care and treatment. My only critical feedback is the lack of support that Dr. Wong, Caitlin and others receive. They run the place like it's the navy, but they can't do it all if they are forced to be stretched thin. Pay them a higher wage and hire more workers! Thank you all again, and keep up the good work! (photo of sticky note is an example of the great advice!)

One of the nose pads on my glasses broke off and I was able to walk in and get them replaced very quickly. The repair service was free as well. Kaitlin was the employee who did the repair. She was courteous and professional. Definitely recommend going here if you need an easy repair done.
Kaitlin at the San Francisco Battery St. LensCrafters is a bonafide 🤩ROCK STAR🤩, give her a raise!!! She’s provided such great, prompt attentive service both in person and by phone in crafting my cool prescription Meta glasses that I came back just for her white glove service when I needed prescription lenses for another pair! I knew she would take all the time necessary for her to get the order just right and I am thrilled with the results! Thank you so much LensCrafters for my fabulous Meta glasses and for Kaitlin!
I came here to get my frames fixed after seeing some of the other reviews (these are not bought here and are super delicate, I accidentally squashed them out of shape) and Kaitlin did a super good job with restoring them! She was also super friendly and helpful with maybe scouting out a new pair (my current lenses are a bit scratched up) and I really appreciate that I did not feel pressured to make a purchase when the options weren't in stock (the 1.74 index with blue light filter option is apparently just facing a global shortage right now, and I have a pretty high prescription and work with screens a lot so it's kind of a must).
I'm in town from Dallas and just had the Best customer service experience ever. I bent the arm on my frames and I'm flying out in a few hours. The service agent helped me find new frames, but due to timing fixing my frames was the only option. She fixed my frames and I'll for sure be back to this location. Much Appreciated 🙏🏾 Kevin
