Joseph and Jessica were super helpful in choosing the right frame that fit my face and personality. Juan is a great receptionist. Joseph took time to be sure all measurements were correct and engaged my confirmation on everything. Great service, great experience. I would highly recommend this store! I came in on thursday, july ninth at 6:30 pm and as the lady at the front desk, if I could speak with an autometrist to find out if glasses could help me.And if there was some way I could consult with an optometrist before getting glasses there. And she told me no I could not have access to the autometrist for just a couple of minutes, no matter what it was for okay, fine, I guess you don't need my business. Just seems kind of strange that you wouldn't. We well into let a potential customer ask a few questions to determine whether glasses are necessary. And she was also rude about it. Oh, well, there's plenty of other places to get glasses

My glasses were bent and we had gone to LensCrafters to see if they could fix them for me. We had a lady named Jessica who helped us fix the glasses. She did it free of charge too. She was incredibly nice and I totally recommend going here. Amazing staff. 5 out of 5. This could not of gone better.

Have been coming to this LensCrafters location on 120th Avenue in Thornton for several years now for all of our family's needs for glasses, frames, lenses, etc. Heather is always excellent and she is our go-to person. Joe and Danny are great too. Good selection of frames and styles for all our family, including our 12 year old son, who can be picky about fit and comfort of frames. We have EyeMed insurance for glasses and it makes the prices very reasonable. We'll keep using this place as long as it's there for our optical needs. Recommended!

This is our second visit to this LensCrafters location. However, this was my seven-year-old daughter’s first time getting an eye exam. She was understandably nervous, but Jessica’s calming presence put her at ease. She explained everything to my daughter in a way that she could understand and made her feel comfortable. The doctor also did an excellent job during all of our eye exams. He was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. The two gentlemen who helped me and my daughter choose our glasses were also great. They were incredibly helpful, and the older gentleman even helped my daughter find her perfect pair that he suggested. On a side note, I changed my mind about the first pair of glasses I purchased. I went back within the 30-day return period and did an exchange without any problems. They were very helpful and got my new pair in before the expected time. They were also happy to help me with adjustments to my glasses on several occasions. Thank you all so much for being so friendly and willing to help. 🤗
