went in today. had an eye exam and it went super well. then afterwards Ben really helped me find the perfect pair of frames to get. he was super kind and patient with me and helped me feel really welcomed. i feel very excited for my glasses to come in now :) he deserves a raise!!!!!
Ben was really helpful and patient with us throughout everything. He explained things clearly, made us feel comfortable, and was very kind the whole time. We really appreciated his help and had a great experience because of him.
This Lenscrafters struggles to cut glasses with stigmatism prescriptions on the correct axis. Both the sunglasses and regular glasses I ordered were off axis so badly I could not drive, read signs, or even see tv subtitles while wearing them. If it was not for Serenity, who is excellent, I would have given up and asked for a refund already. If a manager reads this I would promote her and fix whatever is going on with the lens cutting errors.
I had a really positive experience here, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Danielle helped me find the perfect glasses and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the process. I would highly recommend!
Went in to have glasses and sunglasses fitted to my head. Domonique did this perfectly and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Very satisfied customer! Will go back!
