Went to LensCrafters for my husband’s new prescription, and the whole staff was very welcoming and helpful in instructing us how to sign in and look for frames. While he was being seen, staff was very kind and helped me with holding his frames as I have a current shoulder injury and was holding multiple items. Jayeli helped him pick a frame and transition lens color and was very informative, polite, patient, and very friendly and funny. Awesome location.

I had ordered a pair of glasses online from one of my favorite websites, but unfortunately, when I received the glasses, they were too big for my petite face. I have had the glasses for three weeks and have not been able to wear them but something told me to come by my local LensCrafters and see if they were able to adjust them for me. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a super sweet associate who was able to assist me immediately and took my glasses to the back and brought them back within five minutes and I was able to fit the glasses perfectly free of charge. They are so kind and thoughtful and the little things go along way! Thank you, LensCrafters. You’re the best.

We had a great experience from the moment we entered the door until the time we left. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, as well as very knowledgeable. And one thing that my husband took out of the store was very full when we entered, but from the time we entered The store from pre-screening to exam to speaking with the doctor and ordering the glasses we were there no more than two hours and did not feel rushed. Can’t wait until my glasses come in.
