I had a great experience at LensCrafters. Lost my glasses and went in looking for a pair of glasses today and they were able to make me the glasses of my choice today. Barbara was excellent. She helped me so quickly and talked me through new types of glasses. Skip got my glasses done in one day. Definitely worth the experience. Plus the store has so many great designs.

Dr. Bergin was extremely thorough during my exam and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling very confident in his diagnosis and recommendations. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful, especially when assisting me with choosing frames and explaining the different options available. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this location.

Dr. Scott Holcomb is very personable, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. We always enjoy his conversations, professionalism and promptness. The check in process is very simple and all the employees are friendly. We were helped picking out new glasses for my son by Barbara, and she also was very helpful and friendly as she walked us through the process.

I went in to buy my frames and Barbra assisted me. When I say top of the line service I mean top of the line! I wasn’t even in the store for 30 minutes she managed to advise me on my frames, explain multiple variables, and check me out with white-glove service. I think everyone needs a Barbara lol!

I always have a positive experience at this location! From my doctor, to the wonderful staff that help me order my frames! And special thanks to Jared for helping me switch out my old nose pads that were causing me so much irritation! They’re the best.
